For How Long is My Group Video Viewable?

After you create a Group Video and share it with the intended recipient and others who want to watch it; you may wonder how long the completed video will be viewable online. We understand that such Group Videos have sentimental value, and people may want to come back and re-watch them.

• Memento will host your Group Video indefinitely (no plans for them to expire) unless you choose to delete your Group Video or account.
• Regardless of the above, we strongly suggest that if anyone (the organizer, the recipient, etc.) wishes to keep the completed video forever, they download it and store that copy in a safe, secure, and backed-up location.

Please Note the Following:

• You will need a Platinum membership to download the Group Video.
• The Video Clips (individual videos) that make up the Group Video are archived after 6 months of inactivity.
• Memento should not be used as the sole backup for your Group Videos.
