How to Invite People to Add A Video Clip

To invite contributors to your Group Video, here are the various methods:

1. Contributors List:
   • Add friends, family, or colleagues with their email address or phone number.
   • Add the Contributor Name and their email or phone number, then press Add.
   • You can add multiple contacts at once by pasting a list separated by commas, semicolons, or returns.
     • Example: Jessie@example.com, john.smith@example.com, or "Jessie Smith" <jessie.smith@example.com>
2. Import Email Addresses from CSV:
   • Import your list from a CSV file if you have a larger list containing email addresses (Currently, we can only import CSVs containing email addresses).
   • To create a CSV file from Excel, open the spreadsheet in Excel. From the "File" menu, choose "Save As," and then change the "Save as type" to "CSV (Comma delimited) (*.CSV)". Click Save. Now you are ready to upload the CSV file.
   • Make sure your CSV file includes at least one column titled "Email Address." Other column titles like "First Name" and "Last Name" will also be imported if present.
   • If you encounter issues, ensure the column titles are correct and try uploading again, otherwise contact us and attach the file that is giving you trouble.
3. Record & Upload Link:
   • Every Group Video has a unique and case-sensitive Record & Upload Link to its Record & Upload Page.
   • Share the Record & Upload Link with your invitees via email, Facebook, Messenger, SMS, WhatsApp, or any preferred communication method.
   • You can find the Record & Upload Link under the "Share A Link" section or on your Dashboard. Press the "Copy" button to copy the link to your clipboard.
